How refunds work
Order packages, pack them, send them in, unpack them, pack them again and then send them back doesn't sound like the most efficient process on Earth and it is not.

The policy
- Cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- Return the product within 30 days of cancellation.
- To initiate a return, click on the following: Bollit Return Portal. Here you can easily submit your return and follow the shipping instructions.
- Please note that sprays cannot be returned.
